some agency tried to sue me for owed debt..but i filed bnkrtcy in 2002 and everything was discharged…when i called and gave them my discharge #, they said it was an error………….now it try to get a small loan from my credit union- i couldnt because of that public record that was left on my credit….that was almost 1yr and a half ago…dont know what to do…its killlin my score
